Sun Session at TES is a morning meditation ritual designed to support presence, clarity, and intentional direction for the day ahead. This guided practice creates space to gently return to yourself before stepping into the world.
Through grounding, clearing, and focused intention-setting, each session offers a consistent rhythm that allows you to build a deeper relationship with your practice over time. Whether you are new to meditation or returning to it, this is a space to arrive as you are and begin again.
