I painted a smile on my face for many years, unaware of my own feelings and trauma. Men and work were the scapegoats I unconsciously utilized to bury the pain of abuse and the trauma I held so deep within. I was hiding from the world, hiding from the monster I was afraid was me. At some point, after many failed relationships, mysterious bouts of pain and illness, and what I would consider a failure to grow and experience true fulfillment and success, in many areas of my life, I decided it was time I faced the monster. I decided to look in the mirror and discover what I had been running from all my life. I decided, it was time to choose me, and that no matter what I discovered, I was going to love me.

I will not for a moment, tell you this road has been one of ease, I have experienced several breakdowns to break through since that day. There have been many dark, lonely days and nights, but I am still here, with divine grace and love being the gift that carried me through, that I never had to earn. The more I allow this truth of divine grace and love, the more that medicine becomes me. Now, I am in a place where I can love myself and hold sacred space for another to do the same.

My healing journey has allowed me to birth Grace Healing House as the sacred healing space where women can heal and return home to their divine selves. ​It is a space in which, people can give themselves complete permission to fully align with the healed, whole, version of themselves.

The ultimate goal of Grace Healing House is to cultivate and nurture the seed of your soul, in a way that honors your unique soul journey and contribution to this world.

​So, I invite you to take this journey of self discovery, to let go of whatever was, in favor of the greatness awaiting you. I encourage you to allow yourself to experience true support. I hold space for you to feel safe, allowing yourself to love and be loved, and to integrate all the parts of you. I celebrate you in your journey of coming into the awareness and wholeness of your being. This is the journey I have been on for years, perhaps lifetimes, healing from the inside out. It is ever evolving, we are ever expanding, and I am truly grateful for the ride, honored to share what I learn along the way.
