At Grace Healing House, our retreats are sacred immersions designed just for you. Each retreat takes place in a location of your choosing, your home, an Airbnb, or a nature setting that feels aligned. You have the option of planning a one, two, or three day retreat experiences.
Whether you’re coming alone to restore your spirit or arriving with your sister circle to reconnect and rise together, each retreat is a bespoke experience created in harmony with your unique rhythm and intention.

Every retreat unfolds as a living embodiment of our four portals: The Opening, The Aligning, The Receiving, and The Rising.
Your time here is guided by the pace of your nervous system, slow, intentional, attuned to your body’s wisdom. Together, we design an experience that weaves energy medicine, intuitive movement, living foods, sound alchemy, tea ceremony, and sacred rest into a tapestry of remembrance.
Whether for a few hours, a full day, or multiple days, your retreat becomes a mirror of your aligning, a space to come home to your wholeness.
Solo Retreats
Our solo retreats are for the woman who is ready to return to her own essence. This is a deeply restorative one-on-one container that honors where you are and opens you into where your soul is guiding you next.

Group Retreats
Our group retreats are intimate gatherings of 2 - 12 women who feel called to align together through ceremony, ritual, movement, and shared presence.
Each group retreat is co-created around your collective intention, whether it be a rite of passage, birthday, healing circle, or weekend of deep nourishment.
Together, we listen, laugh, cry, move, and breathe into the wholeness that we are, witnessing each other as mirrors of the Divine Feminine remembering Herself.
