My Story
For years I painted a smile over my pain, burying abuse and trauma beneath relationships and work. I hid from the world and from the monster I feared was me. After cycles of failed love, illness, and emptiness, I finally chose to face myself. I chose me, vowing to love whatever I discovered.
The path has not been easy. There were many dark nights and painful breakdowns to breakthrough. Ye,t grace and love carried me through, gifts I never had to earn. The more I surrendered to that truth, the more it became medicine. Now, I love myself more and more everyday and hold space for others to do the same.
From this healing, Grace Healing House was born, a sanctuary where women can return home to their divine selves and fully aligned with their wholeness. My vision is to nurture the seed of your soul, honoring your unique journey and contribution to this world.
I invite you into this sacred journey of self-discovery, to release what was, embrace the greatness you are, and receive true support. Here, you are safe to love, be loved, and integrate every part of yourself. I celebrate you in your remembrance of wholeness. This is my lifelong journey that is ever evolving, ever expanding. I am so grateful to share what wisdom I gain along the way and honored to walk beside you.
Honoring Aunt Grace
Grace Healing House is named in honor of my Aunt Grace.
Aunt Grace was the matriarch in my family, my hero, and biggest inspiration. She was a praying woman, generous, kind, stylish, compassionate, and strong. Born in the South with only a middle school education, she went on to build a life of abundance in Philadelphia: owning property, running a store, and helping to raising not only her siblings after her mother passed, but also their children and grandchildren. Against all odds, she created a house of grace.
Her door was always open. There was always food to offer. She welcomed everyone with love, no matter who they were or where they came from. She was my safe space as a child, protecting me, nourishing me, and showing me unconditional love when I needed it most. She did this for so many.
Aunt Grace’s legacy is one of kindness, generosity, prayer, and resilience. She is my inspiration, my reminder to keep going, and the spirit that breathes through Grace Healing House. This sanctuary is dedicated to carrying her love forward. A place where rest, regeneration, remembrance, and Divine receiving live on in her name.
Honoring My Teachers & Lineage
I honor the women whose wombs and prayers brought me here. I honor the medicine women and men whose teachings have supported me in remembering my medicine. And I honor the ancestral lineages of Africa and beyond, whose wisdom continues to guide me in every breath.
