The services provided by Grace Healing House, including but not limited to alignment therapy, sound healing, intuitive guidance/assessments, alignment therapy, movement medicine, somatic experiencing, and group or private ceremonies and retreats, are spiritual and holistic in nature. These services are intended to support personal growth, self-awareness, spiritual connection, relaxation, and overall well-being.

I am not a licensed physician or psychologist. Therefore, I do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prescribe for any physical or mental illness. Any insights, impressions, or guidance offered during sessions, whether referred to as “medical intuitive,” “counseling,” or otherwise, are not medical advice and should not be taken as a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

Any products offered by Grace Healing House including but not limited to body butters, sprays, oils, teas, smudging tools, candles, subscription boxes, or integration kitsare for personal, spiritual, and ritual use only. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Please consult a qualified health professional before using any herbal, essential oil, or supplement-based products if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have any medical conditions. Discontinue use immediately if you experience any adverse reactions.

Client Responsibility
By engaging in services or using products from Grace Healing House, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are responsible for your own health, well-being, and life choices.
You will not rely on services or products from Grace Healing House as a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.
You release Grace Healing House and Tiffany Renee’ Butler from any liability for outcomes resulting from services, sessions, or products.

Participation in any service or use of any product indicates your informed consent and agreement to this disclaimer.

Refund Policy - the basics

At Grace Healing House, each offering, whether a session, ceremony, or product, is created with prayer, intention, and care. Because of the personal, sacred, and handcrafted nature of this work, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on products or services.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please contact us 24 hours in advance to reschedule. If you do call to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged full price for your session and have the option of scheduling a new session at another time that works best for you.

All product sales are final however, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please reach out within 7 days so we may find a resolution together.
