Shipping Address

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and items. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Once an item is shipped, Grace Healing House is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
