Cancellation Policy
When you book a session, the full amount is charged at the time of booking to honor the sacred space being held for you. We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With timely notice, you are welcome to reschedule your session at no additional cost. Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice → You may reschedule your session without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice → The session fee is non-refundable and a new booking is required. No-call / no-show → The full session fee is retained, and you will need to rebook and pay for a new session to reschedule. By booking, you agree to this policy. Thank you for honoring both your healing and the sacred container of Grace Healing House.
